Just one look at his criminal background past and present discredits all of you fools he's put his slick con moves on. Really, how many restraining orders can one guy have?
It's laughable to think anyone can believe a word he says. Anyone who has met him, has ended hating him.
I wonder if his current cell is equivalent to this so called "museum" of a house? I hope he rots!

Well I have known him for 15 years now, and I don't hate him! Neither do the thousands of people on his Facebook and Myspace page. His criminal history? His last conviction was in 1992, and prior to that, it's all juvenile. Funny thing, is that two of the women that got the restraining orders against him, ended up dating him again DURING the restraining order! Everyone knows that we women play games sometimes. Yes, he is currently in a cell, but in a few more months he will be back once again in his luscious state that you could dream of having! Bottom line is you can say whatever you want about him, but you will NEVER accomplish half of what Raymond has accomplished!

Yeah, I don't hate Ray either. We dated a few years back, and it ended on good terms. This person says that she knew Raymond in the early 90's....that's like 19 years ago!! Clearly, Ray is not the same person that he was when he was a kid. This woman is just talking out of her butt about things she has no knowledge of. Ray is a great guy and there are far many more that like him than dislike him.

I just wanted to put my two cents in this subject. Not only have I been to Ray's house, I am the agent that helped him purchase it. Without providing too much info, let's just say that I highly doubt anyone on this site could even come close in their entire life of obtaining that type of money. And Ray simply wrote a check for the entire amount. So what if he tells a fib every now and then...who doesn't? You people need to get a life. Apparently there are others on here that agree with me, and stand beside our friend. I wouldn't be surprised if this person that keeps talking badly of him, was one of Ray's one night stands that he kicked to the curb. I bet he didn't even date her sister. What a loser she is.

Are you kidding me. Ray's house is frickin' huge! He's got like 9 bedrooms, a huge pool, a huge media room, and all the toys available. He's got a wonderful family and more money than I could ever hope of making. I'm a police officer, and can tell you first hand that his criminal history is more than 20 years old, and the reason he is incarcerated now, is to clear up some old laundry. I'm honored to call him my friend and wish him continued success. If by chance you happen to see this Ray, I'll see ya soon, buddy.

It's either Tim or Laura Dox writing the bad stuff about Ray. He dated their sister Donna in 1991 and 1992 I believe. Yes Ray and Donna fought a lot but it was not always Ray's fault. Donna would attack Ray leaving him no choice but to defend himself. Donna was more like a man than a woman because she was about 6 feet tall and about 180 lbs. I witnessed first hand her attacking Ray with a knife once. When she got close to him, he slapped the crap out of her, and she deserved it. I haven't talked to Ray in a few years, but one of my good friends has been there to visit him in Dallas and said that Ray lives like a king. But I am proud of him.

Ray turning himself in to take care of things from his past is a very honorable thing to do on his part. It shows his maturity in facing his past actions. Martha Stewart, Paris Hilton, Tom Sizemore, and many well known celebrities have gone to jail and prison for making mistakes. According to the website, Ray committed his offense in 1992 which is 17 years ago. Besides, his personal life is nobody's business but his own. I hope that God will judge some of you as you are judging him now. I've met him, and I adore him.

When I was 19 I got my 3rd DWI. When I was 23 I slapped my wife because she cheated on me. I'm 38 now, and would never consider doing either of these things again because in life we make changes and mature. Who is anybody to judge anyone else? Ray very openly and honestly spoke of all of his past indiscretions and acts in his book. Certainly the loud mouths on here are not telling the world anything that Ray hasn't already said himself. I don't recall him ever denying any of his past concerns. What is important is that he has made a great success of his life now, and has achieved his goals. This man deserves a medal. Ray Lumsden for president!

Great kisser, magnificent lover, funny, caring, passionate, strong, dedicated, one hell of a great body, sarcastic, determined, focused, dominant, intelligent, and successful are just a few of the words that I use to describe Raymond Lumsden. I have known him for many years now, and I certainly hold no negative opinions or feelings towards him whatsoever. Some people will do just about anything to rain on someone else's parade. But then again, that's what losers do. Ray Lumsden is a wonderful man and a great friend to all that know him.

Yes, Ray is very successful, but that is not the important thing! The man is gorgeous and has a body that should be illegal. Everytime I see him, I am overwhelmed with a magnetism that I have never known before! I know that there are many women that feel the same as I, but I'm praying for my turn if only for a night. His eyes, his smile, his laugh, and his total disposition gives me butterflies. His wealth and success are also attractive features, but they do not make the man that he is. Please send him my way, I'll take him!

That last comment is funny. Ray is definitely hot, but not someone that I personally would want to be in a relationship with. The constant presence of women watching his every move would be too great for me. I've even told him that in person before. Ray is a great guy and has always treated me respectufully and honestly over the years. He has been very upfront and honest about his regrets and past issues, and has worked hard to be a better man and a great father. None of us are perfect and certainly Ray has never claimed to be. Before anyone judges him or anyone for that matter, they should take a hard look at their own lives and transgressions. Judge not, least ye be judged. For anyone to sit on here and write bad things about someone they obviously haven't dealt with in 20 years or so is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody is the same person they were that long ago. As I read all the comments on here, it is obvious that far more people that know Ray love and respect him, than hate him. That should say plenty about his character. Just leave him alone, and let him live his life the way he chooses. We could all take lessons from him.

Wow.. Raymond Lumsden is far from a good person. He's in prison because he had felony stalking charges in Minnesota that he fled from. He's in prison because he smacked his wife around, had fake federal documents, and was then extradited to MN to face his charges. He had the false federal documents made because TX laws were changing and he would no longer be eligible to work in financial positions as he was a convicted felon. Raymond is a liar and a con man. Reading the truth, looking past the surface and seeing what is real rather than the facade will enlighten you. MNDOC, DENTON COUNTY TX COURTS, DENTON COUNTY PROPERTY RECORDS, MINNESOTA JUDICAL BRANCH all of these web sites will show the truth. Read the truth, not a con mans version of it. One might ask themselves.. how does a man in prison have a facebook page, a myspace page, and make press releases? "Publishing GIANT Lighthouse publishing" is listed to a SPRINT cell phone # out of Faribault MN... I did not know Faribault had PUBLISHING GIANTS in it... I thought it had a prison....
Property was foreclosed on way back in 2006. Lumsden owns no property in TX or any where else of for that matter. Public records do not lie

No crap Dick Tracy. Clearly the last person to comment must have also read Ray's book because everything they said is in his book. Ray himself fully explained the situation with the documents, as well as the fact that there was a warrant in MN from 1992. Tell us something that he hasn't already told us about himself. The foreclosure in Texas was an investment property that he re financed, withdrew 200 thousand in cash, and surrendered the house to foreclosure. It was not his common residence. Before you make comments that you know nothing about, you should learn to understand the resources you are reading. Regardless of what you think, the facts remain the same. He published a book,(regardless who the publisher is), he has sold 5 million copies of it, he has made his way onto film and television, and upon his release, will no doubt achieve greater success than he already has. The fact that he has a myspace page and an fb page, tells me that he has people on the outside taking care of his business for him. That means he is someone to consider. I know, why don't you put your real name and personal info on here, and I will search YOU and tell the world about YOUR dirty laundry? Or would you rather continue to judge others in order to make yourself feel better?

I think my opinion might count. I am an insurance agent with State Farm Insurance in Lewisville Texas. I can assure you that not only does Mr. Lumsden own a very prestigious home here in the Dallas area, but he is also worth a fine sum. I am very familiar with his book and past activities, because he told me about it. Some of what this person is saying, is in fact true, but nothing that Ray wouldn't tell you himself. I also find it interesting that each time this person posts something it is always the same information that the entire world already knows. Say what you want about Ray, because knowing him, he could care less about the opinion of everyone else. He is confident and knows exactly who he is.

My name is Peter Mitchum, and I am the Public Relations Rep. for Mr. Lumsden. Please allow me to retort to some of the statements made on this site. I do have a Faribault MN number, as this allows Mr. Lumsden to contact me in a local manner, therefore eliminating extensive long distance charges. Yes, Mr. Lumsden turned himself in to authorities to resolve a long outstanding warrant issued in 1992 for telephone harrassment. Yes, while residing in Dallas Texas, was charged with tampering with government documents, and also for a domestic family incident. For the record Mr. Lumsden was never convicted of the tampering charges, and agreed to a deferred sentence of probation, where upon completion, the incidents will not reflect on his records. All of these situations were made public by Mr. Lumsden in his first book, "Stronger by the Day" in full detail. Never has Mr. Lumsden attempted to deny or hide from the circumstances pertaining to these events. Hence the purpose for writing the book in the first place. As a public relations standpoint, I want to thank those of you that insist on speaking poorly of Mr. Lumsden, as it increases debate and interest in his book, which has increased sales nearly 25 percent in the past 90 days. In life, there are always those that offer negative theories and ideas about celebrities and persons of interest. But rest assured, those of us closest to Mr. Lumsden will continue to speak highly of him, support him, and expect further success and accomplishments upon his return to society. I assure you that he has lengthy, and very important projects waiting for him, including the release of his second book, "Stronger Than Ever".

I challenge any of you loud mouthed people talking bad about Raymond to put your real name on here, so that I can do a computer search on you. I am quite knowledgable on the computer, and would love to post all your mess ups and mistakes on this site. It's easy to talk bad about someone when you're hiding. Better yet, I dare you to walk up to Ray in person and express these things to his face. But we know that will never happen, because you are a coward. Only those that are jealous waste their time pointing out the past flaws of someone else's life. Get a life, loser.

Either this person talking bad about Ray (obviously the same person) is either some chick that Ray slept with and dumped, refused to acknowledge or ignored, or is some dude that is jealous that he could never come close to being Ray in any shape or form. Ray is a legend. He is a babe magnet, and is the master of doing business and making money. Regardless of what you think of him, you cannot deny any of his accomplishments no matter how he achieved them. In life, it doesn't matter how you get there, just as long as you get there. I probably know Ray better than any of you because I have known him for 25 years. He is not the same person that I knew so many years ago, and I am proud of his growth. Let's see any of you not only get a book published, but get it into every bookstore and sales merchant in the world! Try to get it to be one of the five most popular books purchased at Barnes and Nobles . com.!! But try to sell 5 million copies of it! Try to get on tv! Try to get into a movie! Try to even live one quarter of the life that Ray has lived. I guarantee that none of you could even come close. I'm great at what I do, and consider myself a success in life. But even I take my hat off to Ray, because I couldn't even imagine doing what he does. He's amazing in everything he does. Anybody that says otherwise, is more than welcome to come and talk to me personally. I'll give you exactly what you deserve.

I don't even know Raymond, but recently finished his book. I found it very interesting and was unable to put it down once I began. From what I have discovered, he appears to have made a fine life for himself, no matter what skeletons he may have in his closet. Just the fact that any of us on here have taken the time to post our comments about him, proves that people are interested in him. Whether it is good, or bad, the very fact that we speak of him is because he has taken control of our thoughts to the point that we feel obligated to do so. In my opinion, that makes him amazing. As I said, I don't know him, but I would certainly welcome a chance meeting or a friendship. Additionally, I think this world would be much better that people would keep their negative comments to themselves, and take care of their own lives. Thank you.

I was in jail with Ray and just got out two weeks ago. He is a real cool dude and helps everyone in there. He is suportive to the other inmates and talks to us about changing our lifes and doing better to our family. If anyone needed somthing he gave it to them. To everyone in there he is very respected. He is in there with his feet up and will be out soon. I may be a looser to everyone in life but Ray made a big diference in my life and taught me a lot while I was in there. He really care about me and everyone in there. Leave him alone and dont talk bad about someone as good as him. You are jealus of him because you only say bad things. I want to say thank you to him for having belief in me and everyone else that need it.

What's all this about his one night stands, jealous girlfriends, etc. etc. I thought he was married with two kids? And, he got arrested for hitting his wife. Where are they?
