Extreme of Castle Rock Colorado had my bike eight days and then closed the doors on the shop and never fixed the bike. Tried to get the second dealer to help out and get the bike on the road and after checking it would take another 5-10 days before I could have the bike back. Took matters in my own hands and ordered the part and had it over night and replaced. Said to think it has a 4-year warranty and to get back on the bike I had to fork out 290.00 out of my pocket. HARLEY HER I COME.
I think it is SAD Victory has no pride in their name. YES I called Polaris and tried to get help and got the same sad results.

All it needed was a Regulator. Extreme also owns the dealership in LONGMONT Colorado so I would consider another Victory dealer if your one of the very unlucky owners like I am, at least for the next few days until I can unload this hammer.

I live and ride my 06 8ball in northern alberta canada. The bike works fantastic and cant brag enough about it. BUT... I get better customer service from the harley boys, than I do at "my" dealer(Country Side Motor Sports). I am saddened to hear that there are so many dealerships that are destroying the reputation of such a fantastic machine.

And for every one crap dealer, there are a dozen great ones. I know every Vic dealer in my area.. there are four in the Phoenix/Tucson region. It's too bad you judge your bike on the actions of one dealer.

Well, Belles, its hard not to judge by the actions of the dealer. If that is all he has, where else does he go? The dealer is key to a total bike experience.

You sound a little spoiled.

My victory dealer has no dyno, no techs have been to school and they charge a small fortune to look at it.

My next closest is 2.5 hours away with a 3 week waiting list to get it in.

I won't be buying another Vic, I can't get it serviced, it not worth the hassle.

07 hammer, for 13000 miles the bike was excellent, then all the sudden it spitts and sputters @2100-2300 rpms feathering the throttle. no one has a clue to what it is. So what do you do, take it to the shop and let them look at it for 20 hrs.@$55.00 a hr, plus parts. If it was a Harley, I would of fixed already by myself. It's a shame, alot of money

Judging by where you guys live my post won't help but there is one outstanding dealership with excellent support in Illinois. Randy's Cycle ( randyscycle.com ) now located in Marengo has never treated me or my Kingpin wrong. It's odd but many people in our area have the same about Harley dealers.

I was considering a Victory but I am moving from Tucson AZ to Columbus OH. No close dealer in OH. 2 hrs minimum. I will stick with my 3 HD local dealers in Columbus.

I am curious on what the dealer finally found on your Hammer. Was it a split intake/throttle body "y" boot? That seems to be the only weak spot in a Victory Freedom motor. They'll suck air from this leak in manifold and cause the motor to lean out big time. My 05 has been perfect thus far......
Great Motor on these things!!

Try Australia. My bike is 2011 vegas 8 ball. Unsafe to ride And has major issues with tranny etc. Have to take legal action As Victory Australia will not respond!
