Jeffersonville, IN

#1 May 26, 2008
I just purchased a 2002 tourist that was in fair condition. I have a problem with the clutch. I can not get to completely release. I have installed a new cable but still can not get the clutch to completely release. the bike has only 12,000 kilometers on it \
Any suggestions

I have a 2000 tourist , when rebuilding the engine took apart the clutch and there were clutch plate dust that cant get out ,because it has a plate that hold the springs and will not let the dust out,
. Try putting the transmision in high gear . put the clutch in, for disingage , rocking the bike back and forth. This mite brake the clutch plates loose! I hope this fixes that. Please give me feed back if it work.
