I boughtn a roketa 250 from allew sports and ride it 145 miles and the motor started knocking.the refuse to even talk to me about a replacment.they
hooked me on a life time warrenty.and won't live up to it.BEWARE DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

check the fuel lines one is pinched alittle bit. This is common from the factory.

Do not buy a scooter online. We have a shop and take very good care of our customers. I have been working on motorcycles for 25yrs and am here to tell you the china scooters are as good as the ones made in japan. Dont fall for these guys who are bashing china scoots as for dealers who sell honda and yamaha of couse the will tell you bad things like we cant fix it or we cant get parts because they want to charge you double the money. I can get any part in a week or less. With any brand if it has moving parts there will be things that break.

You know , there is so much , back and forth. I wish there was some way to know how good they really are....cause as i said , i orderd one , and it was a mess on the truck , so i didn't except. But i sure wish it had been in good shape....do you know anything bout, Scooternitro??are they any good???

I dont know the name but preety much all china scoots are the same they just have different body styles. Some are put to gather better than others but as long as you take the time to look over everything before riding it you should be fine. Just remember not only will you pay double the price for a japan model they also charge ft and set up. The set up is what makes the scooters not where it was made. You can order a book from partsforscooters.com to help in sevice. This will prove my point they all have the same engine.Always check the fuel lines when getting a new one they seem to pinch off in shipping.

Now i am older and more mature she let me get a moped scooter. I looked around locally and found allnewsports.com I purchased the bike for 1600 and some change. The only problem i had with it was its tape player. it looked older then my 92 corrola. I went to best buy and purchase a cd player and took it to allnewsports to install. Everything has been fine so far. 3/27/07

I purchased a roketa MC60 may1 08 it took two weeks to get to me even though their site says 5 days.it is now two weeks later and they can't locate the paperwork so I can't drive the scooter.anyone know what can be done about that..the dealer was MX MOTORSPORTS.COM

Hey people. All New Sports.com sold me a lemon. I'm having all the problems you guys are having. I've contacted the BBB and after I hear a response I'm going to send the scooter back in a crate to the crooks that steal from unexpecting people. I'll probably take a 600 - 800 dollar loss. But at least I won't lose the whole sum of $2,197.00. I will continue to contact anyone who may be able to help deal with these people at all new sports. And I will also go as far as to take legal action against this company at any cost. Im the wrong person to be taken. I'll post another comment when this is all done and over. Any way you can tell other people about all new sports please do so.

i now have 700 miles on my tank 250dl. it's a mc54-b. i've had some problems but none that can't be easily solved(except intermittant gauge lights going out.) it overheated at first but i took care of that. my chinese scooter is smooth goes fast and everything works fine. it all depends where you get one from and if they care.. go to allpro powersports.com and they have a lot of makes and models. a competent service department and a mechanic that'll talk to you when and if you have problems. they can get just about any part in a couple of days. and it's correct the scooters are all the same, be it honda or chinese it's the assembly that's problematic. so yes buy from a dealer near you instead of online. have them assemble it and test drive it, that way any problems they find they'll have to fix before you accept delivery. and best of all they do the paperwork for you and you don't have to deal with highway patrol or waiting for paperwork to ride your scooter.

I also am having problems with all new sports. I ordered a Ronoco and have not received a confirmation or anything helpful from them at this point. I did receive one earlier today saying that it could take 10-20 business days to receive info and one that says 10-15 days to receive bike. I emailed them back rather firm and told them not good enough. I am stopping payment and telling everyone I know about this company. I have not received bike yet and their website is down. The safe buyer emblem that is on their site takes you to a verification page that says they are members but the safe buyers support emailed me and stated that they no longer insure them. OOPS! looks like a scam to me. Scared and Feeling stupid in Texas

I have bought a Roketa fiji 150cc from ALLNEWSPORTS.COM and As I saw in another buyer some screws where missing and they never sent them, also the company wont answer the phone. After a few months the scooter stopped working and I'm still trying to get it started. I changed the battery and working on changing the spark plugs maybe it'll work then>???? I'm concern about this flakie company. Missed up!

I just ordered a Bali 150 from allnewsports.com , right after my debit went through the bank, their website went down for construction and I can't get through the allnewsports phone lines. I'm wandering if they're a scam and am taking peoples money.I hear a lot of stories that people like this change names often once they get your money. But again I read message boards about people that have ordered from this company and have had positive results. Any one have any advice? I'm thinking of getting my money back and forgetting this company. Also, the salesman told me on the phone when I ordered it that I'd get it in 5-10 business days, and now they're website is down it states it will take 10-25 business days due to high sales and gas prices. That just makes me leery of them.

I have a Road King 250, purchased 9/07. It now has over 2,500 local miles and other than, two of the plastic (weak) tabs on the right side cover breaking, both throttle plate screws coming loose (causing the throttle plate to stick creating a short 75 mph fun ride through a 35mph zone until I hit the kill switch), front brake caliper bolts, muffler bolts, throttle cable nut at the handlebar all vibrating loose and an unrelenting, vibrating luggage case, everything's fine. Plenty of power, handling is not too shabby, rated gas mileage is accurate. All in all, a decent bike. Be nice to be able to get parts/accessories for it though. Anyone have any sources let me know!

I gave allnewsports a good report some time back, boy was i wrong.Are they out of business? i cant get them on the phone.I payed a hundred and seventy eight bucks for a life time warrenty< think i got took buy these guys,some one told me that that they were just a order company with two employes , im in fl so i dont know . i just know that there service stinks.I think I will try and call for info in Ks on these guys ---Help Lauren Thanks.

Finally the paperwork came just over 3 weeks from the time I received the scoot I wouldn't have minded so much if they just hadnot lied all the way...

i am having the same problem i ordered my scooter 5/19/08. i have emailed them four times & received no emails or emails from them as of 6/6/08. this is getting scary.
