I've been looking online about chinese scooter and i am curious whats up with them. Some people have alot of problems and some are just fine. What do you think about them and how has it been treating you 12/05/05

i now own a roketa bali 150 that i bought last year from allnewsports.com and i love it. 20 years ago i use to ride a harley but had to get rid of it when i got married. My wife made me. Now i am older and more mature she let me get a moped scooter. I looked around locally and found allnewsports.com I purchased the bike for 1600 and some change. The only problem i had with it was its tape player. it looked older then my 92 corrola. I went to best buy and purchase a cd player and took it to allnewsports to install. Everything has been fine so far. 3/27/07

depending how how many miles you had it you might try this check the muffler and see if you getting a pretty good presure from it if your not than take off and clean it if is plugged up you will lose power after cleaning it try it out again thia will help out alot

Does anyone have a detail of how to mount the jockey box on the back? The plate and sissy seat frame do not seem to have a fit and I need a detail on how to mount the box.

Roketa Bali motor scooter.

I ordered a 2007 260cc roketa Bail. I got a 2006 249cc instead. Came out of shipping cartion with rear tire flat. The inner tube air valve was mounted facing the brake disk. It was a task to put air in tire that went flat again in an hour. The tire also was a defect. Has a whole at lip where it mounts to rim. It also has a bad rear stop light switch that comes on when it wants too! I wonder if I'll ever get to ride it???

ALLNEWSPORTS.COM SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I BOUGHT A GO-KART FROM THESE GUYS AND TWO WEEKS LATER HAD A LEAKING GAS TANK AND DEFECTIVE TIRES. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE SENDING ME REPLACEMENTS AND THREE MONTHS LATER I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY REPLACMENTS. THEY STOPPED CORRESPONDING WITH ME. I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS.

I'm having a difficult time registering my new Roketa Bali 260. The VIN indicates it was manufactured in the US and the AZ DMV won't let me title it. Anybody else having this problem?

Yes, I would suggest riding it down to your nearest dealer and trading it in for a 150. I used to have a 50CC and moved up to a 150. Now I can go anywhere I want.

Bought a Fiji 150 from allnewsports and everythign seems to be working pretty good. I noticed at high speeds around 45-60 it runs at high RPMS and the exhaust stays hot for hours after a ride but other than that no defects or problems

im 14 years old and im looking for a 50cc scooter that is pretty fast and i was looking at the 2007 Roketa Maui and i was wondering if it was fast? If theres anything faster plz tell me plz.

Stories are all over about scooters bought without good customer support. If you buy a scooter the first thing to look for is good customer support. Things shipped from overseas need to be assembled and checked before they make it to the street. Boxed scooters shipped to the US are run through a hard shipping process and need to be fully checked before they are run on a street. Be sure your dealer preps the bike and offers good customer support before you purchase it. Otherwise you need to know small engine repair to get it on the road.

All new sports sold us two 50 cc mopeds with the promise of customer support. I have call multiple times, e-mailed three times and they ignore the e-mails and refer me to different numbers wherer my calls go unanswered. All I wanted to begin with was to get duplicate keys as the people in this area do not ahve the blanks to make. They won't even aknwlede my request. Beyond that, I want to tak to them as my son's turn signals,horn and gas gague don't work and his battery does not hold a charge. the bike has a one year warranty but I cna't get anyone to return a call or e-mail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When that happens you need to contact your Attorney General and ask if they have a consumers rigths division or any agency like BBB or a news TV that has a consumer help line. The Attorney General usually has a section with truth in advertising, consumer complaints etc. If a seller on the web is defrauding consumers then the AG can file a suit. If they did it to you they have done others. You should write them a snail mail letter and cc that letter to any and every agency that either has a consumer fraud division, even the Federal Trade Commission and any news or radio program. Also publish the letter in any forum you go to. The bad PR may stop someone else from having the same problem. If you follow this advice publish here what you did and any results. I will try to help as much as I can by making sure your letter gets placement here in this forum.
