Does anyone out there know why there are 2 sets of specs for valve adjustment in the owners manual on a 95 Cali. The specs for Europe are .05 mm looser than the USA specs. How come??

smog laws and speed limits are regulated in california and the united states makes for specific adjustments to particular models and specifically designed parts for seperate countries
