Does anyone else have a problem with blowing clutch cover gaskets. I've blown one already on a new SX450. My uncle blew two during one weekend on his EXC450.

YES! i guess it depends on the year, i have a 93 250 exc...i've blown 2 so far. Pain in the ass! My issue is that KTM smartened up and put an extra bolt in the pattern, yet, they dont make any gaskets for the older models without that bolt hole which creates a weak point. Not sure if you have the same problem, but it sucks
