Hi all,
I own a 2001 Hellcat Combat.

At one time there was a website called Hellcat Alley.
Posted there was a spreadsheet detailing what 3d party companies manufactured the various outsourced parts for the Confederate bikes.

Does anyone on here have a copy of that spreadsheet?
I lost mine in a hard drive crash.

I am looking for the clutch basket starter ring gear.

Thanks for any clues or info you all might have.
Love that bike and really want to keep it alive as long as I can.

I can be reached at [email protected]

Regards,
Primo Rivera made all the primary stuff and starter ring gear their was a engagement issue on some of the bikes ive worked on and the pinion gear on the starter was only engaging the ring gear half way. a little machining on the starter and its fixed just check it not sure if their all that way but every one that has broken a ring gear ive replaced has, I own a 2000 am gt with a 127 R&R that's a serious engine and haven't broke mine since the fix

Thanks a lot for that info.
The ring gear was worn towards the starter more than on the primary side.
I will investigate.

Harley, I bought a 2001 Hellcat with less than 450 miles on it. It starts fine, runs fine until it gets completely warm and then whenever I pull out in 1st it makes a serious groaning noise from what seems to be the primary... any ideas as to what is wrong? Popped the primary cover and the belt does seem to be super tight...
