Buell fell over
Posted in the Buell Motorcycle Forum
My 2006 Buell Lightning fell over. I need a clutch lever, a left mirror, a left driver footpeg, shift linkage, and a pair of chevrons to cover the scar on the frame/fuel tank. Does any one have good sources for replacement items? Also info about a possible centerstand would be useful. I previously had a Honda Sabre (for 20 years) and it never fell over. I usually parked it on the centerstand.
Come over to BadWeb ( http://www.badweatherbikers.com ) and look for Daves. He works at the Appleton, WI dealership and sells Buell parts for 10% discount.
No one has yet come out with a bike-mounted centerstand for the Buell XBs, but a lot of the Ulysses riders would like one, so that may change eventually.
