HAS ANYONE THOUGHT ABOUT HOW MANY WRECKS INVOLVING MOTORCYCLES ARE CAUSED BY THE PERSON IN THE VEHICLE AND COULD NOT BE AVOIDED BY THE PERSON ON THE MOTORCYCLE. I THINK THEY SHOULD START SITING THESE PEOPLE AND HAVE SOME KIND OF STIFF PENALTIES FOR THEM.

The issue of helmet laws won't go away any time soon - like seatbelt laws, the government needs to look at the rights of the owners and not listen to all the tree huggers out there. Down here in GA, they have mandatory helmet laws. It sucks, especially when the temps climb over 100.
