Lived again but still can't fly

Cruising to the shops on my VL 1500 Intruder. Riding in right hand lane of three lane road into Darwin, car traverling in centre lane. Got to a break in the island where No-U-turn sign was and car on my left cracked a U-turn taking me out and destroyed the frame on my bike. This is in Aus by the way and niether he or I have insurance, he's a builder. Now I have to chase him through small claims court to get anything for my bike and the Government here run a system called MACA which covers your bodily damages and loss of wages. There seems to be nothing to compensate me for all the pain and suffering I've been through. I haven't been able to do anything fornearly a month at home. While all this is happening my partner and I have split. I ended up with full depth abrasions to my right elbow and left shin. Bruised and or cracked ribs and a twisted and perhaps cracked bone in my ankle. I had started a new job two days earlier and had no sick days. So as a security guard at the major hospital i've had to wrestle mental patients as best I can. Just been going to work and lying on my bed in between. I saw a lawyer and she told me i might as well forget about my bike or getting compensated for it. I rang the guy to try sought out my bike and he tells me he's not to blame it was my fault. At this stage I have to fill out four copies of an application to the Small Claims Court and it sounds lengthy. Anyone got any good ideas on how I can get through this quicker and get another bike as soon as possible.

I've been riding for fourty years now. I just posted "Lived again but still can't fly" I seem to end up saying this to someone after every accident so for now I'm gonna call it mine. Last year I had a lady clean me up when she, traverling in the opposite direction to me on a divided road, cracked a right hand turn and drove into me head on. The time before that a truck came through a red light at 80kmh and I was going through green light at 80kmh. Left arm half works, feet and hands have been broken. I honestly can't remember an accident that I have caused and I've had at least six that I can remember

One lady sitting in the middle of the road waiting for me to pass in the opposite direction to execute a right hand turn. She had heart attack and took foot off brake and drove straight into me head on. Black dogs run out at night. It would seem my passion for bikes will one get me but wtf we're only here once. Can't stand in a corner just because there are so many idiots on the road.
