Having a strange issue with my motorcycle turn signals?

So a while back, I had replaced the turn signals on my 2010 Kymco Quannon with some LED flush mount signals. When I had done so, I realized that the lights would either stay on solid while turning or they would flash ridiculously fast. I ignored it and eventually, it came down to where its at today. It now will flash for a second, then it does not turn on at all. The really strange part is that the signals seem to work fine when I drive at high speeds such as 50+ mph. Is there anything I should be looking for? I know the system does not have a fuse. I have checked the manual and there is no sign of fuses. Could this be the rectifier or something?
Thanks In Advance.
