Indonesia: Riding Motorcycle On Volcanic Ash - Dangerous?
Never having ridden my motorcycle on volcanic ash, I'm wondering if it's more difficult.

Definitely better than riding on snow.
Also noted as being remarkably bad for the engine, will be very similar in the case of wear & tear as in desert conditions.
Also with the classic 2 strokes, watch out for exhaust clog.
