I believe speeding and following too closely is the cause of the majority of accidents.
When making a right on red drivers look to their left and from the distance of the car or motorcycle approaching make a decision about whether or not it is safe to enter the roadway.
From the left, the location of the approaching vehicle, car or motorcycle, to the driver making the right on red, I believe loudness will make no difference, he can't hear it from that vantage point. Driver of car or motorcycle OBEYING the posted speed installed in that location by the engineers hired by taxpayers is what will prevent the accident and the hostilities, not loud pipes..

If Cab Drivers in Pittsfield were surveyed I believe it would show that the majority of rides in Pittsfield are addiction driven and that a good number of calls are to transport teens to locations and individuals who put their safety and well-being at risk.
A law which would mandate that Taxi Drivers ask for ID and reciept of destination from a parent or guardian over the age of 18 may hamper the rights of those not in any trouble but it is worth it in an effort to protect those who are..

Boy am I glad my mother raised me to be independent, strong, and resourceful! She always told me to be able to take care of myself, never to feel you need to stay in a bad situation because there were no other options.

..Glad that`you're able to relate my unfortunate childhood experience to the way boys and girls are raised as opposed to singling me and my family out personally as being bad. I'm working on overcoming my emotional baggage.
I believe that once a child is exposed to the excitement of sex-through media-literature, soap operas,-viewed by older family members in the home, a parent will be unlikely to suppress the newly discovered sexual drive of the child..
I suggest mandating publishers and producers of novels and television programming containing advanced adult ideas pertaining to sex and love
include warning labels and age ratings. Unfortunatly many parents may disregard the warnings but still I think it would be worth it to save the few families who take them seriously..

A parent can be on assistance and teach moral and economic responsibility or irresponsibility. A parent can be working and do the same.
