it is not easy from being the alpha male in one team to going to a team that has better playes that one. Some players do it, for others it take a while (like Ballack in chelsea from Bayer), others do not do it like (Scheva going from AC to Chelase). For some it is just the timing, maybe they got old or something. I think it is sitll to early to tell what the final outcome will be for him.
