When U.S. handed Okinawa back to the Japs, they gave the Japs the right to use the Diaoyu islands, not sovereignty, which they said should be worked out between Japan and China.
Proofs ?

Why would the US wants to excercise her Navy with Japan for the surrounding Diaoyu Islands

You do not know about Japan/US WW-2 Pacific Treaty that Japan can not grow or build up her Arm Forces and all will be taking are under USA's, that treaty helped China to get rid off Japan Empire in the Pacific region, now China started invade the Pacific by creating new U-Shape Sea-Border surrounding Paracell and Spratly all the way down to Thailand.

Ain't do the job, China, ASEAN will not let you do that, even some Chinese experts already mentioned that is a self-kill to China

If the West feared the developing world then they wouldn't spend a fortune on foreign aid, would they?
What the West fears are governments who indoctrinate their people into fascism.
Fascism came from the West: Germany, Italy, Spain. Japan adopted it. Get it right.
Foreign aid is sweetener. In any case it is spent on US goods; free samples in a sense, and keep competitors out. Clever ploy for US intetest. But it is good as it is a win-win strategy.
In fact foreign aid even has multiplier effect and good for GNP.
Keep it up, US. Your intetest is legitimate in this instance. Never forget Boston Tea Party.

U.S. does not recognize Jap sovereignty over Diaoyu Islands, just authority over it.

Nike sells a model of its basketball shoes with two air cushions for 125 U.S. dollars, or 800 yuan, in the United States, but the supposedly same product is priced at 1,299 yuan in China with only one air cushion. After discovering the company's unfair treatment of Chinese consumers, the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce imposed a heavy fine on Nike, which attracted extensive public attention.

Nike is not the only one. From Apple's overbearing repair policy and Toyota's "secret recall" of its Crown sedans to Hermes' refusal to provide goods inspection services in China, the frequent unfair practices of large multinational corporations have caused increasing discontent among Chinese consumers in recent years.

A Philippine comfort       Pilar Frias, a comfort woman, said, "Do you know how many men raped me? On the first night, there were 7. And they took turns raping four of us. They did it to us for two months, day and night."
Pilar says the scar on her face reminds her of that memory every day.“Look at my personal appearance, I’m very very ugly now.”
