Myanmar army uses airstrikes as conflict escalates
YANGON: Myanmar's army has used air strikes against northern ethnic rebels, sources from both sides said Wednesday, in an escalation of a conflict that has raised doubts over the country's reform drive.

It is the duty of every sovereign state to quell armed rebellion.
All Burma must unite against rebellion of any group. All Burmese must understand that it is the right of every Burmese citizen that is paramount; no self-styled rebel, unelected by anyone, is allowed to threaten the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of Burma.
All Burma must unite against neo-colonialism.
