Fcuking asrehole Irrawaddy. Peace is the most important thing for unity and progress. Kayins are Burmese/Myanmars too.
Who the fcuk are you to say that peace is not a substantive issue. You can shove Panglong up your asre and English neo-colonists will be right behind you, up your asre.
And we will be behind you with red hot poker to shove it up your asre. Inside it will burn Panglong.
Don't dteam of Panglong or feferalism.Burma will remain united.

So Irrawaddy you don't want unity and peace. You want to do the ex-coloniser's bidding: divide and rule. Keep dreaming, keep deluding yourself.
You really are sick to want to see Burma balkanised.
It beggars belief.
