Don't be stupid. Reforms have nothing to do with insurgency, legacy left behind by the coloniser who had used the divide-and-rule tactics. Burma is a unitary state.
there never were internal boundaries until the coloniser colonised Burma. Fact!
Then the military usurper Ne Win adopted the same divide-and-rule tactics and repressed all lBurma. So he was welcomed in England and allowed to own a house, at the expense of all Burmese people including the Kachin brethres, in Wimbledon, London.
Zin Linn ia a most obnious traitor promoting disintegration of Burma. Stupid! Ignorant of true Burmese hsitory. And he knows nothing about the English and other Euroipen histories. Pathetic!
