Is baseball fixed or what?-- Home plate umpire Dale Scott needs to be suspended and retrained on the strike zone. He called a fastball strike on Ortiz in 9th inning of the May 12th game that was 10 inches off the plate. This guy should be investigated by the league office as several of his calls were very suspicious. How does baseball put up with such poor performance.
