Great story. Going to Texas to see the Giants is above and beyond the call!

Good luck to the Giants to win in 5 games tonight and celebrate right there in Texas. And a salute to all those who have been waiting a long time... in some cases, 5 decades... for this moment.

I can't imagine the last minute costs of that flight and World Series tickets. Tell me she used miles! At least she's a longtime fan, lucky enough to be able to afford fandom.

I think this is pathetic news- I love my Giants... BUT PLEASE.... It is pretty much impossible for the majority to even have the means to go to a SRA game and this is considered WOW!!! Big Deal! What would be good news is " Philanthropist gifts Die Hard Giants Fans a trip of a lifetime" Buys mother and two young sons tickets to game 3-4 with flight and hotel in Texas..

i guess money is not an issue for this family. Sounds like the husband brings home all the bacon. The wife just sucks off of him. Poor guy. A word of advice. Time to get rid of the wife and trade up to a 30 or even 20 something woman. She won't use you like your current wife. She will be happy to be so fortunate.

Listen to this clown if you love HIGH TAXES and a MASSIVE FEDERAL government. If that doesn't resonate with you then this will. Hitler would have promoted Boxer and Brown.

With the Giants making history tonight, I salute the Kaplans and their journey to bear witness to the first ever Championship for the San Franciso Giants!

Watching the Giants fans in Texas celebrate was fun. Even though the Kaplans couldn't make the final game, I'm sure they have memories that will last a lifetime!
