Children survive divorce everyday.

I think grown men from a professional baseball team will be able to handle it.

I don't like baseball number 1, plus neiither of them will miss a meal. Therefore, I don't care about their break up.....Let this be a private matter, and don't report it.

Jaime doesn't have to repeat the folly of Frontiere and the Rams. Los Angeles deserves both a Major League team and an NFL franchise!

I saw a blue Swollen Ugly Vehicle today flying two Dodgers window flags. It was so pitiful I laughed out loud. For some folks with no lives, dem Dodgers is jest wunnerful, but to other folks, they're just the cause of heavy traffic on the local freeways on game days. I'm so glad they've wiped out and gone away. Bye bye now, stinkin' full grown men playing a kids' game!

Can't believe the LAT went to "experts" for mundane observations anyone could make. BTW, what makes the Mrs. a "former" attorney? Doubt she was disbarred. Get a clue.

In the daily news story, the question of gender bias arises. Mostly it centers on whether a woman can run a sports franchise and the reason they would want to.

The fact is that not every woman heading a franchise is a Georgia Frontiere. Jackie Autry did fine with the Angels, although she did not meddle in the day to day operations. Marge Shotte was nut, but did not destroy the franchise. And Joan Kroc did a fine job until she sold out.

Jaime McCourt on the other hand, is a real Dodger fan, and a fine executive. I don't believe the Dodgers lose whether she, or Frank, end up running the team.

Let me state this first and formost... I HATE the Dodgers!!! As everybody has seen in the last baseball year, a divorce in the MLB is a death wish for that team. I hope the LA Dodgers get through this divorce unschathed. That way next season when the Padres beat your butts you Dodger Fans have no excuse. That said... GO PAD!!! and good luck next season.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Pisces

You're lacking in energy and resources today, which will soon slow you down and make you feel as though you're wading through treacle. The only way to cope is to have as many breaks as possible, and not to set yourself impossible goals that you could never hope to meet. You're also very susceptible to the criticisms or put-downs of others, but do your best to ignore them.
