I think Jerry should be ashamed of himself for giving that game away last night. I'm sure he could see he had the wrong pitcher in there after the first inning why didn't he just sit Hernandez down and bring in Mich right there .This guy was a starter in SF and could go at least 4 or 5 innings but Jerry let Livan get pounded and gave up on the game ,this guy stinks as a manager . Omar is just as bad for not getting any help over the past 2 months .There are guys available that could pick this team up but Omar the tent maker is waiting till all the other teams get the best and he'll get the old maids that are left. He has no clue as to who the Mets can get in trades or free agents while the other teams pick up pitchers and hitters that cream the Mets .The scouts that find players must be looking at the little league for talent because other teams seem to find better hitters and pitchers then what the Mets scouts find. The spiral has begun and Manuel and Omar should hang there heads in shame for what they have done to this team . I think David Wright should have his eyes checked ,those pitches he is swinging at are a foot away from where he's swinging. The whole team seems to look at more strikes on the first pitch when they should be hitting the fast ball ,but I think none of them can hit one . They stand there waiting for a better pitch and wind up getting called out while looking . These guys need a hitting couch that knows how to hit not Howard Johnson .Get Hernandez out of the booth and get Piazza back to help or you'll waste your money going to the Siti field this year !!

Great idea - lets sign another pitcher that has injuries and is injury prone. Jacobs strikes out more then Wright and Willingham oh yeah there ya go.

Thank God YOU're not the GM

Do you want your Mommy?

No, young man, or child, I want YOU to grow up and stop posting your infantile, idiotic dribble. No one on this or your team's board is interested in the likes of what you or what you have to say.
I realize that you must be a child or childlike because anyone who has even written anything addressed to you on either board has been ignored, or worse answered back in your usual child-like manner. To me, it is like talking to a brick wall.

Why don't you just grow up and print information that makes sense and does not portray you as the immature moron that you appear to be?

I haven't seen any moronic comments from KAT. Actually, haven't seen any comments at all from KAT. He/She was talking about the Mets being in 1st place by the end of the weekend and I wanted to ask how that's going!!!
Maybe that really was KAT at the top of the GW Bridge!!! Oh, we can only hope!!!!!

Great Headline: METS TAKE BEATING IN PHILLY!!!
MU TS fan reaction......wwwwaaaaaaahhh wwwwwwwaaaaah but what about the Yankees......wwwwwwwwaaaaaawww aaaaaaahhhh
I gues what the Yankees do or don't do somehow effects why the NY MU TS choke all the time?
What do the Yankees have to do with the M UTS failures other than put the spotlight on the MUT S constant lowness.
I know the NY MU TS fans are frustrated that the are the highest paid team in the NL and second highest in baseball with no results . I understand that one World Series win in 39 years is pathetic. I realize that it's just before the All Star break
and the NY MU TS are under .500 and in fourth place.
I understand that there are MU TS fans that are saying that, yes the MU TS are under .500 and in 4th place, but we still have a chance at the Division. So what, its a division that the majority of the teams are under .500.... The division took a real beating at the hands of the American League in interleague play. The NL LEAST is currently a weak division.
I can understand the frustration of the fans of the M UTs but why must they be like 2 year olds and divert attention away from the NY MESS and talk about other teams? I understand they don't want to talk about unpleasant things speaking about the M UTS. Maybe MU TS fans should speak about the Dodgers! They are doing well and there is an entire museum dedicated to the Dodgers at ****%yfield(none for the MU Ts).
It's a classic childish thing..... And M UTS haters love to hear the excuses and conclusions of the MU TS fans.
The last fan you would ever listen to about winning baseball is a MU TS fan.
Besides the Nationals, the NY MU TS have the longest World Series win drought in the NL LEAST!!!(and the largets payroll).
I think it is time for you to get a life, loser. You spend way too much time on this board. It is only a game, genius, not real life.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Taurus

Try to keep your energy a little bit more under control. If you scatter in all directions, you'll end up hot and bothered. Mars tends to rev up your engine, but an awkward aspect to Saturn will make everything go in stops and starts. As soon as you try to shift into higher gear you meet immovable objects at the moment, so the solution is to slow down. There are wonderful, uplifting influences hanging around as well as tricky ones, so just hang in there.
