Definitely not a beanball.
Fkn media stirs the pot irresponsibly.

Can't know if he threw at him, but hitting him in the elbow is not where a beanball would've gone.
A beanball is generally thrown at about high shoulder high, behind the batter.
Object being that the batter will bail away from the plate but into the pitches trajectory.
