Best situation for Vdad and the Yankees. The guy can still hit and they should have signed him the first time he was avaiable as a free agent. Great in the clubhouse and there is plenty more in the tank. Also has hit well at Yankee Stadium. Get #27 TO HELP bring #28 banner to Yankee Stadium!

You're half right, which is a lot more than can be excpected from anyone from Beantown.

It's the best situation for Vlad - not for the Yankees. Matsui should be brought back. He has the perfect swing for Yankee Stadium and he hits from the left side. NYY have Andruw for the right side, and need a left handed bat.

NOT VLAD !!!!!!!!!!

Vlad Guerrero will always be able to hit but is no terror on the basepaths and carries no glove because of no foot speed.
Damon is the better bet if he'll play for $2.5 MM with incentives.
