Nothing there other than a friendship, so nothing to be jealous about. Cooley's people tried arranging a first date over a year ago in NYC and nothing even materialized until late this spring. She's after him, but who is he after?

You are so right! She's been pursuing Joe Mauer since 2005. He's a very private person and she flaunts her celebrity. Not a good match, but why shouldn't he go for it right now? Dating does not mean imminent marriage. I'm sure Joe Mauer will have a long and happy dating life after Ms. Cooley.

Actually joe and Chelsea met through a mutual friend, and are stil dating. Marriage is not in the works. But looks like something more. Joe is my cousin and she was w/ him at his brothers wedding-they make a cute couple

sad that this is raising so much of a rucusi just want joe to play great baseball again and if his love life gets in the way he will have to answer to all twins fans so i hope he isnt as concentrated on his love life as u r. not sayin that he shouldnt enjoy life and im happy to hear possible dating because he seems like a respectable person but i think any professional sports star should put their carreer in front of love lifes.

Who cares people!! Let Joe date who he wants to date. I am sure he is an amazing guy, and whomever he choses to date is very lucky. Its baseball we should be focusing on and the incredible player that he is showing us all that he is.
