Same thing happened to me and I have still not received a call, email, anything from MLB.

I have used this service for 3-4 years now and never had a problem. It is interesting that now all of a sudden there are issues with just the Cubs WGN broadcast. This seems highly unlikely....

It is so telling & hilarious some pathetic White Sox fans are bothering to whine on this story. Secretly, they wish people would pay attention to their boring, sell-out ballpark, and I say this as someone who saw games in the OLD Comiskey Park (free tickets from school, but I cheer all Chicago teams), that had some heart and soul.

So very sad!
