Mark Cuban desperately wanted to buy the Cubs. Unfortunately, Selig and the rest of the MLB owners colluded to prevent the "maverick" from joining their elitist club. Too bad, as it would have made MLB much, much more interesting to watch.

The money spent will be the ONLY thing that the Cubs ever beat the Boston Red Sox at. Ever.

Really? Does that mean it's okay for ownership to rush the field and challenge the umps after a bad call? You call that "interesting"? Cuban is a spoiled, internet-geek, who's got deep pockets and a bad attitude. He would be a complete detriment to the greatest game on the planet. Let him continue to galvanize the thugs in the NBA but keep him AWAY from beisbol! |
