Like I said yesterday, picking up Sherrill will prove to be a genius move. The only question is, how long will Joe Torre trot out Broxton in the 9th before he comes to his senses? Demote Brox to set up NOW!

"These Dodgers Suck" ---- you may want them to have a hard landing. One thing they have going for them is that there is nobody in the league to be scared about. Nobody. Some good teams but not great teams by any stretch. All very beatable.

true words. When did the national League become so pathetic? I'm not sure the Dodgers would be better than a break even .500 team in the A.L. But there as good as anyone in the senior circuit.

i have wondered why broxton was put in the closer role...he has always been inconsistant in whatever role he is in....and there had been closers out there to shop for..and looney at first has turned into a wash...and martin....give him a nice raise and he stinks up the place

What Dodgers team in the past 20 years underachieved? None. They performed exactly how they should have. We haven't had any really good teams. Last years squad was the first and it was a memorable season. Torre doesn't pull Kuo in that game and it could have been a different story. But that's okay. The next 3-4 years at least will be exciting and we have a great shot at winning it all. After that, the current young nucleus (Ethier, Kemp, Martin, Billingsley and then Kershaw) become free agents.

Hey, you don't have to watch. Go to the website of whatever team you root for. But stop being a punk here. Or, if you choose to be, at least for ONCE would you please post a coherent, accurate and well thought out message? You consistently fail in all 3.

Brox was simply untouchable the first 3 months. He always made quick work in the 9th. Not sure what has happened since.

Wayyyyyy to early to call Loney a wash.

Martin...agree. He's had a terrible season in my opinion. I'm gonna say it. PED's. Saw him in pre-season and immediately thought, "he looks smaller". My totally 100% UNsubstantiated theory is that Martin went off whatever he was on for fear of being caught. He got his $$. I really hate to say it and hope I'm wrong. But it all adds up.
