Paul is right in his number 1 choice as to Yankee issues - Cashman. Why do NY writers give him a pass. Face facts folks: the Yankees lived off the Core 4 + Bernie. Since Andy, the farm has not produced a sustainable No. 1 or No. 2 starting pitcher. Since Cano, what big time position player has the farm produced. Cashman's strategy has been the checkbook. With all the resources the Yankees have you would think we would have developed more top players. Plain and simple the GM is just as much at fault as the players and manager. Maybe living on the West Coast gives me a better view of the situation.
