Pavano was well deserving of this win and the Twins have been doing a better job with support with RISP.

Gardenhire should be doing some teaching for his 3rd base coach who has been indecisive sending runnhers home. He either doesn't have a feel for a 3rd base coach or he doesn't know what he is doing. Getting two runners thrown out in the same inning at home plate by the same guy is a no-no. Now we all know GHardenhire will make excuses for him but the guy is in limbo most of the time over there. Come on man do your job. That is terrible for a supposedly proffessional coach.

sure is good that the feeble hitting Mauer is not playing.

Wow! This is call for celebration, the million dollars boys are finally winning something, after the cancelation last week for no good reason, oh! It may have been for the fact the weathermen said there may be a chance of rain. I thought maybe the million dollar boys would have to exchange their uniforms for dresses, and cute little pumps. What a rag tag team.

You call 2 wins at home a sweep?? It wasn't a sweep, Fri was rained out. But I guess desparate Twinkie supporters will take any positivity they can get. You're still 4 games out and still suck. LOL!

Good clutch hitting from Kubel and Morneau. The two game sweep helps considerably the Twins position in the division. One thing the team can now say,'at least we're not the White Sox!'

The Twinks are still just barely out of last place. Don't get your hopes up yet. The Twins are still paying $184,000,000 to a hitter who can only hit singles. What a great move that was!!!

Settle down everyone. The Twins dont turn it on until July or August. They do it every year, they play average baseball for 2 or 3 months, they end up 5-10 games back at the break, then they flip the switch and go on a run. They'll get swept in the playoffs again, but Im not the least but worried about this team winning in July-Sept

Baby steps, but steps forward nonetheless. DYoung will be back Tuesday and Mauer is progressing. The Tampa series should be interesting, considering that the Rays are hot right now.

Pitching in the big park remains the key. Throw it over and keep away from big innings.

No one needs to worry. The Twins will win their division. They will play the Yankees in the playoffs and lose four straight. Somethings never change.

Bill Smith! Why did you cancel the game Friday?
A lot of people drove in to see the game, from out of town, only to find YOU cancelled the game!
they are out 50 bucks in gas!
If you were worried about the roster, you should have forfeited! MLB to investigate??
Are you surprised by the Minnesota weather in April?
and no doubleheader makeup saturday or sunday either. I didnt know you can willy nilly cancel games because your soft players think its too cold!
The excuses continue.. stay turned for more..
Are you going to cancel cold November playoff games too?
