How do you know who you are hitting at night? Precision bombing?

One advantage of working honestly while others play the religion-criminality game is that you find yourself able to see at night when it comes to fighting.

One other serious problem in Africa is election manipulations. It is good for the developed world to enforce democracy. But democracy in Africa must be supported with the technology for free and fair elections. Africa, especially those that have adopted democracy must be assisted to acquire authomatic counting machines for voting. Results of voting should appear on computers like the U.S and other developed countries immediately after voting. What is good for the goose is also good for the guinea fowl. This can also bring peace to Africa.
