Milwaukee stands for progress. And this includes law and order and support of our police department. And we are not to get side-tracked with emotion-pact racial issues. And we recognize our other minorities: Hispanics, Jews, Arabs, and Asians are at the forefront of progress with education and professional achievement. And they accomplish this without regular altercation with the police.

?What they fail to mention is that the officers baton was take from him and he was being beaten bluntly by so called victum. Anyone in pain such as this officer would respond In the same way - 14 shots yes he's still movin he might hit you again. It might be hard to see him with blood streaming down your face - oh he's movin again better put another round into him. Ooop, again. Oh he might still be twitching.
