Not One Word of Thanks From Mr Romney

I noticed a stark comparison between the president's speech, and Mr Romney’s speech during the GOP convention. Mr. Romney failed to acknowledge even once, the service men and women of this county. Not one word of thanks let alone a plan to end the current war. Mr Romney, you can be sure me and the guys from A/2/12 Dau Tieng & 25th won’t remember you in November!

You got that right! The ungrateful,“fortunate son”. Romney does not know sacrifice, and has been taken care of - all his life - by the government he wants to abolish! His character is flawed. He would be an abysmal leader.

Romney, a professional gambler... that's what investment firms are, gamblers... wants to convince USAmericans we are no longer exceptional.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I find nothing exceptional about gambling. I don't care how much money one makes gambling. That individual is no more exceptional than a guy shooting craps in an alley. It may be fun, it may be exciting, it may bring some profit. But it's still gambling.

I also find noting exceptional about the Mormon faith, Mitt insists will continue to be at the center of his campaign. Mitt's lineage is at the very heart of the development of this faith. Polygamy, bigotry, and the fraud of Christianity as we know it are at the core of this faith. These things are still practiced by fundamentalists, despite the claims of 'mainstream' Mormons. I see nothing exceptional in polygamy or bigotry.

So, the fact Romney doesn't thank and/or acknowledge the USAmerican exceptionalism or the efforts of service men and women comes as no surprise. And I, as a proud veteran, take offense.
