Former military chef outcooks opponents on Food Network show 'Chopped'

I have worked with this gentleman and ill tell you what.... He sucks in a restaurant setting. He would be fine as a private chef or an executive chef that doesn't ever set foot behind the hotline, but in a restaurant setting he just can't hack it. Good for him he won chopped, but he needs to stop trying to ride that train.
