VA grants sex assault victim $405K for '87 attacks
Navy veteran Ruth Moore with her husband Butch and daughter Sam. The former sailor is receiving more than $400,000 in backdated disability benefits from VA stemming from two sexual assaults she suffered while in uniform in 1987.

Amazing to see how the VA covers their track when it comes to money but in the long run, they pay out anyway, before the news media gets the story. Much too late for this one to hit the media. YEARS of abuse only add to ones mental status that the VA covers up with pills and falsely documented reports. Typical, but the truth will NOW come out for many and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through this.
