If this is true, that is a travesty! Muslims have nothing in common with anything Christian. What in the name of GOD is wrong with the leadership this country? I am sick of all this nonsense! Is anyone else?

Itís true, I am sorry to say. After learning about it some time ago, I called the Pentagon and some Congressmen to protest the disgrace; but no one had the decency to get back to me. The offices of the Congressmen promised it would be looked into but I seriously doubt it, as nothing was in the news about any objections.
Obama is whatís wrong with this country. He is anti-Christian, pro-Muslim, and anti-American traditions, in addition to being the most incompetent leader in the world; so he has helped bring this about with the help of many Congressmen, who have no respect for God.

Wow, that article reads like a summary of ignorant right wing talking points. I'm wondering if the writer(s) could actually show evidence of their claims...

Logan wonders why no one at the Pentagon called her back.

What a non-surprise. The "information" comes from this blurb on the WND website:

http://www.wnd.com/2013/05/muslim-cleric-aske...

The "article" (not) cites no identifiable sources and is nothing more than allegation.

Even better, check out the "poll" following the "article" for a real laugh.

Ah, the brilliant attorney for the ACLU is back! I should think you'd be too busy with all those ACLU cases against Christians to waste time on here. Have you been honored with the Clarence Darrow award yet?

But I told you already, I don't work for the ACLU.

I did win an award though, thank you very much.

Now, perhaps you could find the documentary support for this rancid piece of horseshit that WND could not?

- Unprecedented before, military brass (who now prohibit any mention of a Judeo-Christian God), invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral in Baghram Air Base for the fallen SEALs! In Arabic, this Cleric disparaged their memory by damning them as infidels to Allah. A video of this clericís ďprayerĒ with a certified translation by Brigitte Gabriel was shown. http://gerarddirect.com/2013/06/27/families-o...

Did you really admit you donít work for the ACLU? I donít believe so, but please verify when and on what forum you stated that, providing the post in which you stated that.
You bet I expected a return call! I have gotten return calls from Congressmen over the years and have had relatives in politics. They are just people like the rest of us, no better than any other Americanóin fact, many are far worse than those who elected them--, and are in their elected positions to serve us, not to feel superior to us. Perhaps you have an inferiority complex and feel you arenít worthy of a call from persons in high places; but I donít have that problem. I feel all Americans are equal and I therefore expect to be treated as such.
As for my providing that documentation for you, I am not inclined to cater to one with your attitude and foul language. However, I did post information for other posters that you, of course, may read so you can find further pleasure in gloating at those to whom you erroneously feel superior.

I don't see why special provisions have to be made. In new york city there r nearly 2 million Jewish people. Yet christmas is celebrated there more than anywhere.

Btw, you did state on other threads that you did cases for the ACLU, so why are you now backing down on that claim?

"Muslims have nothing in common with anything Christian." Except for the belief of a monotheistic righteous yet vengeful everlasting God who created the universe. Then there's the shared belief in prophets, heaven, hell, reward for the believer and eternal damnation for the non-believer. Also the belief that it knows the true word of God. That women are to be submissive to man. The rapture, the dead will rise and be judged accordingly. Nothing in common? Surely you jest.

I'm not responsible for your erroneous assumptions, and honestly don't give a flying fuck at a rolling donut whether you believe me or not. Your hamfisted attempts to glean more personal information from me are futile.

They didn't call you back because you are a kook. Rant away, kook.

Like I said, I do not "work for the ACLU."

I have done and helped them with cases, for free.

They do not and have never paid me anything.

WTF this has to do with anything except your sad attempts at ad hominems, I just don't know.

Donít be so presumptuous. Iím not trying to glean more information from you, for you interest me not an iota. I simply find it amusing that you on other threads boasted vociferously about your supposed association with the ACLU and now deny that claim.
Kook is a more appropriate adjective for you. I donít pretend to be something Iím not.

No, she does not jest; but you display your ignorance of both religions. She is correct and you are totally incorrect. Muslims do not have the same beliefs as Christians. Islam is a vile religion fabricated by an evil, illiterate man who stole his religious ideas from the Jewish and Christian religions and had his scribe write down his lies about revelations from Allah. Islam does not believe the fact that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and does not believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Islam falsely believes that Muhammad was a prophet of God (Heís a prophet of Satan, not God) when in reality, he was a warmongering murderous man who had a nine year girl for a wife and taught his followers child brides are acceptable. Islam enslaves women and children, treating women as an evil necessity, not as human beings to be treasured and respected as they are in Christianity. Islam tells its followers to kill and eat the raw flesh of its enemiesómeaning all who are not Muslimówhich is what the Muslim Brotherhood is doing in Syria currently. Islam teaches it followers to do jihads, going on murderous rampages, as we witnessed on 9-11, jihads that will earn them entrance into Heaven where twelve virgins will be awaiting them. Islam is demonic religion unfit to mingle with civilization.
Christianity offers salvation so we can avoid going to Hell at the end of our lives. Christianity teaches us to love all mankind and to do good, not evil as do the Muslims. The Son Of God sacrificed himself on the cross to pay for our sins so we can be saved from Hell, yet ignorant foolish persons today curse him and prefer to uphold the vile religion of Islam, which will send them to Hell.

"Muslims do not have the same beliefs as Christians." Well if Islam shared all the beliefs found in Christianity, they would be called Christians, now wouldn't they. I didn't claim they were Christians. The poster I replied to had stated Islam and Christianity had nothing in common. As I pointed out Islam and Christianity have much in common. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in an all powerful creator. A god. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in an afterlife, a heaven and hell. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in prophets. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in a judgement from an everlasting merciful yet vengeful God. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in women being submissive to man. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in reward for the believing and dutiful. Both Islam and Christianity share a belief in the damnation of the non-believer. You going on and on about how awful Islam is and on and on about how bad their prophet is really doesn't change the fact that there are many common beliefs found in both Islam and Christianity. Next time pay attention, I find it wasteful to have to repeat myself at an elementary level. Oh yeah, both think they are right also.

"I feel that all Americans are equal..." Does that include Canadians and Mexicans or just United States Americans? Are Europeans less than your equal? How bout Pacific Islanders? Do you love them anyway or do you not consider them the "mankind" you are obligated to love?

You fail to comprehend the discussion. Strel ridiculed me for daring to expect a high and mighty member of Congress or of the Pentagon to call me; hence, my statement that all Americans are equal. In other words, we donít have a caste system in the United States those in higher positions, such as those mentioned, are on equal footing as the rest of us.
You are obviously looking for a quarrel and use your spiritual apathy with which to do so. Though your snide comment warrants no response, I will answer you. Christians care for all in the world, all meaning everyone in every nation. Nationality means nothing in Christianity. Christ died for all, even for an irascible one such as you.
