And German citizens living in towns just outside the death camps
didn't know what was going on in them.

Really?

The Pakistanis have plausible deniability.

Given the pervasive level of extreme corruption throughout Pakistani society it wouldn't surprise me in the least that everyone was bribed to keep it a secret. Very simple.

Well even if every PAKI didn't know - some of them did.
Specifically the ones with power.
Because he didn't just magically appear there - someone obviously arranged for him to live in that property.
It's not a big surprise PAKIs don't say anything about those people.

I believe an Indian paramilitary force brought him in to Pakistan from India under the cover of night. Just so that later on the world would find out that he lived in Pakistan and then the Pakistanis would be blamed!

We were framed by the Americans! American military has lots of power in my country unfortunately and they planted him there so that they could look like heroes when they "capture him".

And what about all the other AlQuaeda scum that swarm in your country?
So do PAKIs have any clues how they got there either?
I suppose Americans send drones to go hunting rabbits and ducks there, right? lol
