Nuon Chea said he believed his trial proved he "was not engaged in any commission of the crimes as alleged by the co-prosecutors.... In short, I am innocent."

Khieu Samphan said bitterly that he had lost faith in the tribunal because "no matter how hard I try to explain, they (the court's judges) will only turn their deaf ears at me."

"It is clear that everyone wants only one thing from me - that is, my admission of guilt ... concerning the acts that I have never ever committed at all."

"The reality was that I did not have any power," he said.

Nuon Chea also defended his actions, saying he never ordered Khmer Rouge cadres "to mistreat or kill people to deprive them of food or commit any genocide."

I want this trial to be overed soon, so we can continue another court trial of Hun Sen, Chea Sim and Heng Samrin. This is to keep the millions of dollars flown from the UN and the internationals.
.
After, the second trial of Hun Sen, Chea Sim and Heng Sarin done, we will bring Hanoi to court. This is the keep the money flown in.
.
This is the way Cambodians make money. ahahhahahahahha

The only thing the biased, untrained people want to hear is that Pol Pot and his Khmer Rouges are evil. But these same untrained humans refuse to hear and acknowledge that the Viets were the creators of the Khmer Rouges.

The Viets created Pol Pot Number One, and they created Pol Pot Number Two. They have controlled Cambodia with Pol Pot Number Two under the gun for the past 34 years now and still counting. The Viets killed countless Khmer people that these untrained humans refuse to hear and accept.

Polpot and the Khmer Rouge followed instructions from China and received weapons also from China. I am sure you know this. Even the king's father, Prince Sihanouk was guest of honour in China for many years after the Lonol and Sirik Matak staged a coup that toppled him. Remember Polpot had Chinese ancestry.

Great point - my King Rama.
However, I like to add to the untrained remnants of KR, but there are trained KR now in Cambodia still don't understand why yuons killed khmers and scapegoating another KR. Because they are trained to accept Hun Sen and Yuons. In Facebook of CPP, those soldiers are committed to die for Hun Sen. So this is helpless for those guys.
.
- Yuons take our Koh Tral in front of their eyes, They still support Hun Sen and call Yuons the forever sibbling.
- Yuons take our AngkorWat in front of their eyes, they still waship the hypocrite Hun Sen and his clans.

They are not just refusing to hear the truth, but they will kill you if you said the truth in Cambodia.

China as just the aparatus for Yuon to use in the KR time.
China as just the aparatus for Yuons during the current Hun Sen's regime.

Yuons use China to strenghtening Hun Sen to kill Khmer innocent people. Hun Sen is strong because of China's guns and money.

Be a responsible human being and grow up like a civilized man. Do not deny your slaughter and massive killings of Khmer people. Talk to your general Nguyen Duc why he created the K5 plan that killed so many innocent children and adults leaving Cambodia with almost no male in every village. No foreigners were there to witness the massacre by the Viets. The Viets are barbaric in nature, evil in deed, and dirty in trick. Stop acting like your race is an innocent race. We know your dirty trick. And to speak the truth is not a blame.

You did not refute my points. My points were:(1) Vietnam created Pol Pot Number One.(2) Vietnam created Pol Pot Number Two.

Vietnam supplied and armed the Khmer Rouges long before they took power in 1975. Lon Nol soldiers were Khmer. Pol Pot soldiers were Khmer. Vietnam helped the Khmer Rouges to kill Lon Nol's soldiers. The more the Khmer people were killed, the happier the Vietnamese are. And who trained Pol Pot Number Two? Who killed the Khmers in the 1980s with their K5 plan? The Chinese? No! The barbaric Viets! Why don't you also talk about the Viets killing Khmers? Is it because Pol Pot is dead and it is easier to blame a dead man?

If Pol Pot had Chinese ancestry, then what about the Viets? They are remnants, like outcasts from China, that came to settle in North Vietnam. They then wiped out the Cham race and took their land.

About Pol Pot. There is one equation with four variables, and the equation looks like this:

Khmer Rouges = Vietnam + Soviet Union + China + US

Khmer Rouges is a dependent variable. Vietnam, Soviet Union, China, and US are independent variables. This means that the Khmer Rouges would NOT come into existence without Vietnam, the Soviet Union, China, and the US. They all played a role in creating the Khmer Rouges.

I try to avoid talking about Vietnam, but since Vietnam is one of the variables in the equation, it is not possible to isolate it.

And who robbed Koh Tral, the Chinese?

<quoted text>
Who created Pol Pot? It's like asking who created Hitler. Pol Pot like Hitler, was just there. You can't go wrong if you blame his parents. Unless you want to blame God or Buddha, his parents made him come out. It's a long story but to make it short, Pol Pot story can be summarized as follows:
1/ Pol Pot went to Paris, France in 1949 to study engineering and came back to Cambodia in 1953.

2/ Back in Cambodia, 1953, Pol Pot fought along side with the Indochinese communists: Viet minh for Vietnam, Pathet Laos for Laos and Pol Pot for Cambodia to get the French out of Indochina.
3/ In 1954, French troops left Indochina. Viet minh troops left Cambodia and Laos. Sihanouk formed a government with him as head of state.
4/ From 1954 on Pol Pot went into hiding to avoid being captured by Sihanouk secret agents. Saloth Sar the communist (Pol Pot) started recruiting, and building an army to fight against Sihanouk's army, with the help of China. His red Khmer army was still small and insignificant during the 1960s. Here you have to understand that Pol Pot was supported by China and he was fighting the neutral government of Cambodia headed by Sihanouk who happened to side with the North Vietnamese in their war against the Americans in south Vietnam. So Pol Pot supported by China. Sihanouk went the with the North Vietnamese, letting them use Cambodian territories to bring weapons into South Vietnam.

5/ In 1970, while Sihanouk was spending his anual holidays in France, Lon Nol his prime minister staged a coup and became the ruler of Cambodia. Lon Nol was of course with the Americans. So Sihanouk turned 180 degrees and joined force with Pol Pot red army At this time, American soldiers and South Vietnamese soldiers crossed the borders and moved into Cambodia to help Lon Nol fight Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge because Lon Nol could not fight Pol Pot's army which became very big now because Sihanouk managed to ask Mao to help Pol Pot fight to get the throne back.

6/ In 1973, the 2 Vietnams signed the Paris Peace accord with the Americans so all Viet cong, Viet Minh, South Vietnamese troops left Cambodia and Laos as part of the deal.

7/ In 1975, Pol Pot took power in Phnompenh and started killing all monks, intellectuals especially those who wore eye glasses, ethnic minorities. All together Pol Pot killed 1.5 to 2 million Khmer out of a population of 8 million

The rest of the story you know.

There is no Pol Pot #2 as there was no Hitler #2.

As you see, Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge story really started in 1970 with the help of China. Before that Cambodia was a neutral country ruled by Sihanouk. But Sihanouk played a dangerous game by letting the North Vietnamese used his territories to move troops and weapons in to South Vietnam to fight the Americans. Vietnam didn't make weapons at that time. China, Russia, the USA did.

Your writing is unnecessarily superfluous. You don’t need that long passage to refute my simple points, and still you can’t refute those points. In other words, beating around the bush.

You only mentioned China for supplying arms and supporting the Khmer Rouges. That the world knows. But you failed to mention the Viets for helping the Khmer Rouges as well. This is clearly a display of bias. Looking at only one side and ignoring the other to form a conclusion is not only biased but also irrational. A good human, a trained one, utilizes all available information and digests those information to form a conclusion. This is called Rational Expectation. I am quite sure that in your private life, you don’t just form a conclusion without careful analysis, or you will face unwanted consequences. But in this case, it is easier for you to blame the Chinese and not the Vietnamese because you are either a Vietnamese or a Viet’s supporter, not a free, impartial observer. And now you go further to blame Pol Pot’s parents.

For your information, here is one passage from Michael Benge (notice the quotes):

“After the Geneva Agreements in 1954, Ho Chi Minh saw to it that several hundred young Cambodians were taken north, indoctrinated in communism and given military training. They were later armed and sent back, where they became the basis of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia’s Eastern Zone. Knowing of Ho’s close ties to Moscow and his intent to emulate his hero, the butcher Joseph Stalin, by creating a Soviet-style Union of South East Asia, China began training and arming the Pol Pot faction of the Khmer Rouge as a counterbalance to Soviet influence. China believed that revolution should come from within. North Vietnam enabled the Khmer Rouge to take over Phnom Penh in 1975 by providing logistics, ammunition, artillery and backup by Vietnamese troops making them complicit in the genocide of at least one and one half million Cambodians.”

Here is another passage from Hassan A Kasem:

“Hanoi's invasion and occupation with over 200,000 troops under the direction of communist revolutionary, politician and diplomat Le Duc Tho further weakened a nation reeling from the anti-communist war and Khmer-on-Khmer death and destruction. A number of brave revolutionary leaders who fell from grace at Hanoi's behest, including ex-prime minister Pen Sovann, have claimed Vietnamese troops deliberately looted and plundered national treasures and wealth during the invasion. Those installed into power by Hanoi, including incumbent prime minister Hun Sen, subsequently brushed off the theft as a mere war casualty.”

From these two passages, Vietnam was/is responsible for the destruction of Cambodia.

My points still hold true:

Pol Pot Number One => Vietnam + Soviet Union + China + US

f(p1)= f(v, s, c, u)[this means that Pol Pot #1 is a function of four variables, could not arise without these countries involved]

Pol Pot Number Two => Vietnamese-installed puppet Hun Sen

f(p2)= f(v)[this means that Pol Pot #2 is a function of one variable (Vietnam), could not exist without Vietnamese]

We know the Viets’ evil intention of wiping out the Khmer and Laotian races from the planet earth and injecting the good blood with the dirty Viets’ blood. They did that to the Cham’s race. You cannot fool anyone any longer. The last person to fool is your own race.

Therefore, stop denying the fact that your race had nothing to do with the massacre of innocent mankind. Stop pointing fingers at the Chinese while the Vietnamese are just equally contributing factors to the rise of the Khmer Rouges.

In conclusion, the words of wisdom:

“But these three things, O monks, shine openly, not in secrecy. What three? The disc of the moon, the disc of the sun, and the Dhamma and Discipline proclaimed by the Tathagata.”--The Buddha

It means you cannot hide the truth. You cannot use a tray to cover a dead elephant like the Viets have been attempting to do.

Yes. I wrote events that happened in Cambodia that can be verified or found on the internet or history books. This is so because I am not a secret agent who possesses top secrets that people don't know.
Of course, historical events of Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam are always related because people of these 3 countries talk, trade and sometimes fight with each other.
Yes. In 1930, the Indochinese communist party was created by the Vietnamese leadership with common goals and with agents operating in each of the 3 mentioned countries. In your case, it was the Khmer communist party operating in Cambodia. But since they had common goals ( which was to obtain independence from France ) they worked together, logistically helping each other out. This is true that the Viet Minh helped the Khmer and Laotian communists a lot.
1. In 1953, when Polpot came back from France and joined the Khmer communist party it was almost game over for France. Besides the Indochinese communist party did not exist any more as it was abolished in 1945. Each country now had its own party with different names. In Vietnam it was the Workers' party. No more Indo chinese party for 3 countries.
2. In 1954, France lost the war and signed the Geneva peace accords. Cambodia became an independent neutral country with Sihanouk as head of state.
3. Sihanouk of course did not want Cambodia to become communist since he loved enjoying a good life so he sent secret police to look for communist agents and killed them. Pol Pot was on the run and asked for help from China. Sihanouk asked North Vietnam to help him to keep the Khmer Rouge of Pol Pot in check by letting the North Vietnamese use Cambodian territory to send troops and weapons to south Vietnam to fight the Americans. They were there to keep the Khmer Rouge in check and helped Sihanouk to maintain peace and order and to keep his throne.
4. In 1970, had time for Sihanouk.
Because the Americans were angry with Sihanouk's decision to let the North Vietnamese attack American soldiers and then run back to Cambodia, they bribed Lon Nol and Sirik Matak (cousin of Sihanouk) to overthrow Sihanouk.
5. The rest of the story was in the other post.
6. I hope it is clearer now for you. The Pol Pot Khmer Rouge had nothing to do with the Vietnamese communists even though they both were communists. Pol Pot communists went along with Mao Chinese communist starting from 1970. Vietnamse communists went along with Russian communists especially since 1972 when Nixon shook hands with Mao Tse Tung in Beijing signing special deals with China.
Finally, Michael Benge whose article that you quoted was captured by the North Vietnamese in 1968 in South Vietnam and sent to a prison in Hanoi. He was kept there and released only in 1973 when the USA signed the peace treaty with Vietnam along with other American POWs. He did not now any thing that happened in Cambodia between 1968 and 1973 because he was in prison in Vietnam.

You still deny the fact that the Viets were/are part of the equation, responsible for the destruction of Cambodia. What you wrote is already out there. No need to be redundant. No need for that long passage to refute two simple points.

It is like asking a thief, "Hey thief, did you steal my property?" Or ask that question to the Viets, "Did you rob Koh Tral?" What do you expect a thief to say?

I already showed you (this is the 3rd time), that Pol Pot Number One was created by the Viets, the Soviet Union, the Chinese, and the US. Without these four players, Pol Pol would never come to power. And Pol Pot Number Two was solely created by the Viets.
