Obama needs to put him under a CRIMINAL investigation. That way he can't be asked to divulge any more info about Benghazi.
.
Things must be getting hot under the collar for Obama..
.
How can we stop this crooked approach by our easy to read, laughably simple minded president?

If Obama wasn't an such an anti American muzzie lover, this dirtbag would be treated as an enemy combatant(which he is) and sent to Gitmo instead of being allowed on US soil, given rights he shouldn't be entitled to.

Obama wants to charge him criminally so the Benghazi investigators can't get their hands on any info related to him.
.
Obama is a big con and a liar. Sickening and simple minded.

The best part is, Bush let him go from Gitmo in 2008. But you won't here FOX cry about that for a year and a half.

U.S. officials suspect that a former Guantanamo Bay detainee played a role in the attack on the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, and are planning to designate the group he leads as a foreign terrorist organization, according to officials familiar with the plans.

Militiamen under the command of Abu Sufian bin Qumu, the leader of Ansar al-Sharia in the Libyan city of Darnah, participated in the attack that killed U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, U.S. officials said…

In 2007, Qumu was released from the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and sent to Libya, where he was detained. The Libyan government released him in 2008.
