Secrecy disputes disrupted a pretrial hearing on Thursday in the Guantanamo war crimes tribunal for five prisoners charged with plotting the September 11 hijacked plane attacks in 2001.

The key word in all this mess is, "ALLEGED". The whole world is laughing at the way the military Complex, NOT THE ELECTED GOVERNMENT, is running this trial.
WHO ACTUALLY RUNS THE USA, if not the elected Government? Does anyone out there know the answer to this question?
