He just wants everyone to think he did not sign it. He, as ususal, blames someone else. He is a master at avoiding responsibility.

Teabagger congress leaves Washington.

Don't worry, they'll be back Tuesday for their usual 3 day work week.

The worst congress ever, worse than the last batch do nothing obstructionist.

An administration official says President Barack Obama plans to submit his 2014 budget plan to Congress in mid-March.

It doesn't matter teabaggers will just say NO to everything, just like they have for the last 3 years.

Then take another vacation.

If you go back to the last debate where Romney debated the Obama/Crowley team, Obama distictly said he didn't propose sequester and had never been for it. Of course the lie stood and to this day the MSM still won't bring the lie to the light of day.

One, the budget (cough) that he will send is already past its legal deadline, second not one liberal has voted for either of his two jokes for a budget yet. I guess you could say it is a by partisan GFY to Obama's spending greed.

Congress is made up of the House and the Senate. When did you relinquish control of the Senate pookie? Maybe a little civics lesson would help you instead of lying on topix.

As soon as the teabagger congress was sworn in.

Seems everyone did with the nutjobs obstructing, filibustering and just voting NO.

No more spending.

Unless it's in my district.

Poor teabagger.
