Flag ceremony honors those who served on 9/11
National Guard Maj. Donny Hebel of Medina spoke about the privilege of being an American and the price of one's freedom during a flag ceremony in Henderson on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on Tuesday morning.

I just hope they remembered(knew) to raise the flag to full staff/mast and then lowered it to half-mast...yes, that is the proper procedure.
