Air Force Wants to Expand Training Space Into Southwestern ND

The Air Force wants to triple the size of its Powder River Training Complex that skirts parts of Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

I feel that the expansion of the training complex will economically benefit South Dakota...therefore, they should locate a bombing range in their state. Currently the proposal is to locate a suitable bombing range in Wyoming! Keep your planes and bombing practice in the state that stands to benefit.
