Nov 15, 2012 Full story: WTOP-FM Washington 57

God grief, of course it doesn't matter who they pick, we're pretty much pro-China with our current gov't status.

Incorrect. The government would be more pro-US if anything......Clinton is right. Australia does not have to choose , that's dumb.....business is business.

Business is business as usual but when your Secretary of State is mingling into business it doesn't seem like business as usual. It's as if the further we go down the fiscal cliff the further involvement gov't becomes in international busniess affairs. Let those that govern, govern and those that do business do it.

In the future Australia could play a strategic role in resolving disputes between the US and China. Oz supplies China with most of its raw materials needed for manufacturing.

Australia's unemployment , in real terms , would be around 10 percent.....which means 90 percent are working and life is basically normal.......why are most people so negative ?....listening to the wrong people maybe ?....or just sucked in by the negative hate campaign ?.....it's about time Australians started to appreciate how good we actually have it here , and started to understand why that is.......

Australians need not choose because the CIA has already done that for you. They should have already infiltrated the media, the Unions and the political parties and the ASIS by now. It is very doubtful that Australians have any real say on how those military assets on Australian soil are being used.

The best outcome China could expect from Australia is for Australian leaders to act on their own national interest and not blindly take order from USA. Even that is an uphill struggle.

It is important for Australians to realize that their national interest is not always the same as US national interest. For the Americans it's always American first.

YES - the 12% af australians living in poverty should appreciate how good they have it. Bunch of whinging c*cks*ckers. F*ck foo & I thought I was mean (LOL)

As for your figures you only had to ask Swan - Underemployment = 13%. Total employed persons in Australia (including those who work 1 hr a week)= 65%. People Living in Poverty 12%.

So where do you get 90% are working from? I know where you sack of sh*t socialist. Your f*cking this country then telling people they should be grateful. Australia's economy is slowing faster than anyone predicted and the RBA has very little room to move to keep money in the economy.

So go out back Foo & tell Swan to f*ck himself.

Australians gettin rich because China. OZ kids learnin Chinese and brainwashed to think USA is evil.

Australian elites want OZ to be asian and media is wildly antiamerican.

Australia is weakest link in US alliances. For China OZ is low hangin fruit. Rich in resources and its people brainwashed to Chinas side.

The sooner our govt realizes the true face of australia the better. Let them ally themselves with china, who gives a flying crap?
The country is worthless, full of inbreds, racist, nutjobs. God created australia down under and isolated it from the rest of the world for good reason, its a santurary for mental crackpots.
