ALl they would have to do is move thier range area out to open water. For Florida there also the advantage of the PROA with are north and south of the island and cover a large area. The navy has conducted sinkex's in that area which would mean it has been a weapons range.
The fact is oil rigs would not hinder the training and would aid in it. Many of the training missions that the air force and navy are doing are dealing with simulated Arabian Gulf situations. Instead of having to enter and manuver around simulated oil fields they couild just include the real oil fields.

no they couldn't it would compromise op sec.
any way there is plenty of room out there for both.
now it's the whinning tourist and condo owners here that are going to bitch just like they all did over the F-35
