the new army needs to realize with out older recruits..and retention.. our 'new' army is going to pots.. the corps is no more.. some of the younger recruits are lost.. they have no morals, they have not work ethics..and they see being active duty as going to college.. it is said.. the army needs to do all it can to keep retention up on trying to keep in some of our seasoned, servicemembers.. trust me..some of the new recruits could not..would not.. have survived the 'old' army.. these young guys cant hold a candle to some of the these vets that have been in 15+ years..
good luck..
