No need to apologize, Cpl Pullin.
However, it might be best to keep your thoughts to yourself rather than expose yourself as a cretin.
If you really think that Iraq and Afghanistan were invaded to bestow rights on their citizens, you should be locked away safely in an institution - preferably in a straitjacket.
OK...now I am offended. Why was it necessary to attack cpl Pullen? No class.

Actually, I think this blog was started for someone to vent about the war with Jarrett as the catalyst

The Iraq War was 100% a war of choice. Those behind the manufacturing the evidence and for sending our soldiers to die in a country that never threatened the US should and must be held accountable. They should be tried in court of law and then sent to prison for life. Bush, Cheney and the rest of their evil ilk should be punished as the war criminals that they are as an example that we the people will not tolerate people who send our soldiers to battles based entirely on deceptions and lies. Bush & Cheney are war criminals.

So, you use the death of this Soldier for your political rants. You are no better than the people you accuse of atrocities.

I have a difficult time believing in your credentials you claim as a former Soldier. Former Soldiers who have seen combat would not use their fallen comrads as a public platform for personal opinions. It's shameful is disgraceful on your part. If you felt this strongly about your feelings, you could have started a seperate forum instead of using this article about Spc. Griemel in your vile rantings about Iraq, especially when this Soldier died in Afghanistan.

All you displayed is your lack of compassion for this Soldier, his family and friends, and the Soldiers he served with.

As with these deaths, they usually turn out to be shame induced suicides by those who realize they've been duped into killing innocents for no good reason.
Griemel was not putting his life on the line for you or anyone else. Afghans, being among the poorest people in the world, threatened nobody.
This dead jerk and his murdering buddies are never going to defeat the Afghans, no matter how many villages they bomb from the face of the earth or how many little kids they massacre.
You really should try to accept that scum like Griemel are despised by all decent folk throughout the world.
Thankfully his worthless life has ended in despair and the air smells a little sweeter for it.
You can not be a American with that outlook, you have disgraced us all if you are.... And if you are you are not worth a @#$%.

The Afghans were run by the Talibans who were protecting Al Qaeda. We had every right to go in there after 911. The Talibans treated the Afghans like crap, took all their rights and luxuries away, yet their homes were full of them. Your comments make you sound like you are probably a member of one of these groups.

We have no FALLEN SOLDIERS.....but we do have 4300 DEAD ones.

They all need to be buried on the White House lawn or Crawford Texas.

The best thing we can do is ignore these people. They only succeed if they receive feedback.

OUR LOSSES....OUR GD LOSSES...what about the hundreds of thousands of DEAD IRAQIS.

We flattened their whole nation and you worry about OUR MILITARY BRAT KILLERS!

The USA brought all this death and destruction upon itself.

Our TROOPS are not one ounce less evil than Al Queda or the Nazis of WW2.

The USA is a sick DOG with 4300 less puppies , WHY because we attacked and occupied someone elses country. We are multiplying evil not fighting it...you DUMMY!

The USA will suffer greatly over this war because that is exactly what they deserve.

GOD does not bless evil....so he does not bless the USA...simple as that

I don't even know how to respond to your vile rantings. You may disagree with the war, and that is your right, but these young men and women joined the service with the best of intentions. Perhaps you think they have been duped by our gonverment, but they are not murderers. They believe in helping the Iraqi and the Afghan people. So blame Washington if you like, but leave our service men and women out of it. They mean only to do good.

Rattlecattle if you feel this way about the soldiers that defend your right to speak your mind, then you might as well go and join the al queda and move to Iraq with them. I guarantee you will be begging to come back. This is a mourning of a fallen brother of mine, a HERO who paid the ultimate sacrifice for this country and I would appreciate it if you would leave this forum alone.
