Those Afghans need real humanitarian aid, no next robers who will rob money which must be given for them and for aid for them And it will be optimal if Afghans get money and create organizations of aid just for their own people. There are tousends of robbers from ussa need there. Or if army has such ideas than it must be that treps or troops = war criminals from ussa must agree with cut their salaries to give supply for civilians workers who will be planned there for instance one ussmen war criminal must share his salary with 3-4 civilan ussmen workers, good idea?
