Fort Drum soldier is awarded Medal of Honor

Presenting his first Medal of Honor, President Barack Obama on Thursday praised the sacrifice of a soldier who braved enemy fire while attempting to save a comrade during the war in Afghanistan.

The War against those who perpetrated the killing of our citizens has no honor? This man served well, he refused to let a fellow soldier to be left behind, he knew the risks of recovering the soldier and accepted them with hesitation. I would think the parents and loved ones of the soldier he gave his life to recover would care. What this Sergeant did was honorable; your dispersion however shows no honor.

Like the wars or not, how Obama is administering them or not, admire & respect anyone that volunteers to go where you won't and protect you, even to the point of giving their own life.
